Office Relocation of CTII Philippine Branch and CTI Pilipinas, Inc.

CTI Engineering International Co., Ltd. (CTII) Philippine Branch and CTI Pilipinas, Inc., a subsidiary of CTII are pleased to announce the relocation of its office to better serve its partners and clients in the Philippines.

The new office is located at:
20th Floor, Trium Square, Gil Puyat Avenue corner Leveriza Street, Barangay 37, 1300 Pasay City, Philippines.

This relocation reflects the company’s commitment to growth and its continued pursuit of providing high-quality engineering services in the fields of river and coastal management, flood and water resources management, roads and bridges engineering, urban development, sanitary engineering, social and environmental safeguards, resiliency building and risk management, and capacity development.

Change of Leadership in CTI Engineering International Co., Ltd. Philippine Branch and CTI Pilipinas, Inc.

CTI Engineering International Co., Ltd. (CTII) established its subsidiary in the Philippines, CTI Pilipinas, Inc., on April 20, 2021, to further expand the company’s international presence in the Asia region. Since its establishment, CTI Pilipinas, Inc. has contributed to enhancing the competitiveness of CTII in both Official Development Assistance (ODA) and private sector markets, focusing on projects in river and coastal management, flood and water resources management, roads and bridges engineering, urban development, sanitary engineering, social and environmental safeguards, resiliency building and risk management, and capacity development.

In terms of leadership transitions:

  • In April 2024, Dr. Takayuki Tsuchida succeeded Mr. Naoki Fujiwara as President and CEO of CTI Pilipinas, Inc.
  • In April 2025, Dr. Takayuki Tsuchida was also appointed as Chief Managing Director of the CTII Philippine Branch, succeeding Mr. Satoshi Mabuchi.

With these changes in leadership, CTII Philippine Branch and CTI Pilipinas, Inc. remain committed to delivering innovative engineering solutions and contributing to sustainable development in the Philippines and across the Asian region.
