Dr. Gose joined CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. in 1978 and CTI Engineering International Co., Ltd.’s in 2008. He rose from the ranks to become CTI Engineering International Co., Ltd.’s General Manager and one of the Board’s Directors. In his more than 30 years of service to the company, he acted as Team Leader and Bridge/Structural Engineer in more than 20 projects that dealt with preparation of Master Plan, Preparatory Study, Detailed Engineering Design, and Construction Supervision of roads and bridges. He worked in 25 countries that include Nepal, Vietnam, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Nicaragua, Tajikistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, China, Canada, France, and the Philippines. His most notable work was the preparation of Bridge Seismic Design Specifications for the Dept. of Public Works and Highways in the Philippines, the country where he is currently serving as CTI Engineering International, Philippine Branch’s Managing Principal. Dr. Gose holds a PhD and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Kyushu University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kyushu Institute of Technology.
